Your Day of Coordination includes on site service for up to **10 hours. The job description includes making sure important details like the marriage license and rings aren’t forgotten, helping pin on boutonnieres/corsages or bustling the bride’s dress, directing and answer guest questions, overseeing vendor arrivals and set up/take down, use of the Emergency Kit (including items like stain remover, basic medical supplies, extra floral pins, scissors, a sewing kit, etc), coordinating people with the timeline throughout the day, making sure the gifts and cards go home with the designated person, and responding to any last minute changes (like weather, medical situations, vendor fails, etc). We really want this new season of your life to start as joyfully and conflict-free as possible so we will be working hard to (diplomatically) keep your day running smoothly.
This is a day-before (or day-of!) event to confirm spacing for ceremony, timing of processional with music, walkthrough of all entrances/exits, and give family/wedding party confidence for the flow of the ceremony.
3-5 weeks prior to your wedding the Coddiwomple team will reach out to all your vendors to confirm arrival/departure times, scope of service, and best day-of contact names/numbers. We will follow up with each of them 1 week prior to share the timeline you have approved. We are also happy to do family/wedding party introductions to be a point of contact for questions and share the timeline.
All couples are sent a link to our online system where you can enter Vendor/VIP information so its all in one place. You will also received a list of questions that help the Coordination team serve you well.
This happens at the time of booking and is the get-to-know you meeting. We go over vision, any already planned details, and discuss the scope of Coddiwomple Event’s responsibility.
5-8 weeks prior to the wedding we have an in-person venue walkthrough and meeting. If you haven’t already, this is a great time for you to share all relevant information (contracts, timeline thoughts, ceremony walking order, etc).

If you decide do any DIY or self-sourced decor, we can factor setup and clean up into your quote.

Allocation and management of deposit schedule/payments.
We will reach out to our list of pros to find out who is available for your date and present you with 2-3 options per vendor type (as requested). You can choose to take point and CC on all communications or you can also pass off communication to us and we will keep you updated. 3-5 weeks prior to your wedding the Coddiwomple team will reach out to each vendor to confirm arrival/departure times, scope of service, and best day-of contact names/numbers. We will follow up with each of them 1 week prior to share the timeline you have approved.
Number of meetings will depend on length of planning and what you prefer. Meetings will include the Initial Consultation and working through Vendor options, Budgeting, Logistical concerns, Timeline creation, Decor/ Design advice, Layout / Seating arrangements, and progress report checkins.
It's hard to get planning until you know your location! If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the many options of where you can host your wedding, we are here to help! We will have a meeting to understand the what/where/why of your dream venue then we will do the research on your behalf and present you with a list of up to 5 options. You’ll review these options and, once you have narrowed it to down to 3, we will visit the venues with you to be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We are happy to help you review and compare the contracts.
$1200 as add-on or
$1800 as a stand-alone contract
RSVP tracking/follow up is included with Full Planning but you can add it on to your Partial Planning or Coordination contracts. This package is for you if you don’t want to have to track down tardy RSVPers, keep track of who ordered which meal, or all the plus ones.

Services are determine on a case-by-case basis. $700 is the starting point and cost may be greater depending on scope of the work and timeframe allowed for setup/takedown.
This is the option for you if you have minimal decor or have other pro vendors participating in decor and set up (like the venue placing tables/chairs). We will make sure all your personal decor items are in place as well as overseeing that the ceremony, cocktail, and reception are beautiful. This option includes a designated decorating planning meeting (to discuss all the details of what you want where and a detailed plan for cleanup), day-of decor set up, and night-of clean up (so your family can just load things into cars to drive off).
starting at $700
This is for you if opt for the Coordination or Partial Planning packages and you want a longer party, want your Coordination team on site to manage all vendor arrivals/departures, and/or you are contractually required by your venue to have a coordinator on site for the length of your rental.

Stacy was great in setting up pre-wedding video calls, answering my random texts and email questions, and giving me suggestions and recommendations. Day of, I so appreciated her calming presence, I felt like she blended well with my family and that she was someone I had known for a while. She was there wherever needed, took initiative communicating with vendors, saw to details, and fixed my sleeve when it ripped. When we left at the end of the night I knew the venue was in good hands for cleanup. Oh, and she made sure to pack a to-go food box for my husband and I to enjoy later, as well as the top of our wedding cake. Our limo was packed with all of our essentials. She provided great advice and suggestions in the months leading up to the big day and did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule with no major surprises. When the catering company delivered the wrong color of linens Stacy went the extra mile to get the right color even though I was prepared to make do-I was so relieved and it looked so much better in the pictures! She also jumped in at the last minute to throw together a bouquet when we suddenly realized the flower girl had no flowers! Highly recommend her wedding planning services!
